Many pieces can be made in different colours or adjusted in size when the design and intended use allow it. Available options are confirmed before ordering.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround varies with size, complexity, finishing, and the current production schedule. An estimated timeline is provided before a deposit is collected.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before custom and special-order work begins, with the remaining balance due when the order is complete.
Are pickup and shipping available?
Local pickup arrangements are confirmed when your order is ready. Please ask about delivery or shipping for the specific item before ordering, as options depend on size and destination.
